Order Processing & Shipping
Upon payment of your order, you have agreed to all policies, terms and conditions of Dynasty Virgin Hair Company and its subsidiaries.
Your order will be shipped within 10 business days and the tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided. Orders will only be shipped to the address associated with the credit card used at the time of purchase. An adult signature is required at the time of delivery.
Dynasty Virgin Hair Company is only responsible for the shipment until the tracking status is “Delivered”. Dynasty Virgin Hair Company will not be held accountable for any issues related to carrier delays.

***International shipping is available via USPS Express International. However, shipping rates vary depending on your location.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “International Order” to receive a shipping quote prior to placing an order on our website. Be sure to include the following information:
Complete shipping address
Hair type, quantity, and lengths desired
Please be aware of your country’s guidelines before processing your order. Your local Postal Service can supply this information. Customers are fully responsible for all duties and taxes imposed by their country for the purchase.
These fees are to be paid by you and can be significant. You are responsible for checking with your local government for rates.
We will not refund an order because you do not want to pay taxes or duties charged by your local government agencies. International customers may be asked to provide proof of their identification.
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of payment being made. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final and there are no refunds. Order discrepancies must be reported within 24 hrs of delivery by sending an email to email@example.com. Please allow up to 48 hrs to receive a response.
If it is determined that Dynasty Virgin Hair Company is the party at fault, we will gladly exchange the product at no additional cost. Instructions for making the exchange will be provided to you via email.
Federal law prohibits the return of human hair products that have been used, which includes “trying them on”. Dynasty Virgin Hair Company will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, worn, cut, perfumed or washed) in any way.
Chemical alterations or any modifications made to the product subsequent to the sale, make all guarantees null and void.
As a necessary health precaution, the items returned for an exchange must be returned to Dynasty Virgin Hair Company in the original packaging and in resalable condition. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to all hair exchanges.
